歐洲認(rèn)證細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)物保藏中心（ECACC）是英國衛(wèi)生安全局的四個(gè)培養(yǎng)物保藏機(jī)構(gòu)之一。ECACC提供經(jīng)過認(rèn)證和質(zhì)量控制的細(xì)胞系、核酸和誘導(dǎo)的多能干細(xì)胞（iPSC）。

ECACC細(xì)胞庫成立于1985年，是一個(gè)細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)庫，為研究界提供服務(wù)，并為歐洲提供國際存管局認(rèn)可的zhuan li存管。在過去的30年里，ECACC細(xì)胞庫不斷擴(kuò)張和多樣化，成為世界上經(jīng)過認(rèn)證的細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)物的主要集合之一，這仍然是ECACC業(yè)務(wù)的核心。目前收集的細(xì)胞系代表45種不同的物種、50種組織類型、300種HLA類型、450種單克隆抗體和至少800種遺傳疾病。開發(fā)和維護(hù)這樣一個(gè)多樣化的集合不可避免地產(chǎn)生了高水平的專業(yè)知識(shí)，再加上英國衛(wèi)生安全局的支持，使ECACC細(xì)胞庫能夠?qū)⒆约憾ㄎ粸榧?xì)胞培養(yǎng)各個(gè)方面的專業(yè)知識(shí)中心。

ECACC細(xì)胞庫提供全面的細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)服務(wù)，包括細(xì)胞系認(rèn)證和培訓(xùn)課程，并將業(yè)務(wù)擴(kuò)展到新產(chǎn)品領(lǐng)域，如從細(xì)胞系和iPSC中提取的高質(zhì)量基因組DNA。
